McMillen Jacobs Associates in Boston, MA is seeking to hire a full-time Project Structural Engineer to work on a wide range of structural engineering projects. The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This engineering position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits. As a Project Structural Engineer, you arrive at work each day ready for whatever structural engineering project comes your way. You manage the design process and provide support to project managers and senior design engineers. Collaborating with your team, you work together to successfully complete structural engineering projects. To ensure a fully integrated design, you coordinate between multiple disciplines. For each project, you track design progress versus timelines and budgets. You love keeping busy and making sure that projects go off without a hitch.


  • 5+ years of design experience in structural engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Proficiency with AutoDesk products including the use of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCADAre you organized with excellent time management skills? Can you effectively prioritize to meet project deadlines? Do you have strong verbal and written communication skills? Can you work independently and as part of a team?
