Structural Engineer with 5+ years of experience wanted to work with our team on a variety projects in the underground design field out of our Walnut Creek or San Francisco offices. The position will focus on Structural and Architectural design and interdisciplinary coordination for transportation, and heavy civil engineering projects.

Candidates should have a passion for taking on new and challenging tasks and have a solid understanding of engineering principals. Previous underground experience is preferred, but not required. A master's degree in structural engineering is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design process and provide support to project managers and design engineers.
  • Coordinate between multiple disciplines to ensure a fully integrated design.
  • Track design progress versus timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Five to ten years of design experience in structural engineering and a PE license.
  • Proficiency with AutoDesk products including the use of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong personal organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
